CFS of WSMS research by Dr. Dan Dubina 2016 with SCIA Engineer!

This design was made to check the Cold Form Steel (CFS) Wall Stud Modular System (WSMS) of Dr. Dan Dubina research, found at the paper of Joint Research Centre (EU) tested with SCIA Engineer FEM solution by MASES SOFTWARE!!!

We tested the 10m x 12m model.

I'm wondering about the soil reactions along this strip foundations?

The type of foundation can be also mat. It depends on customer. The strip can also along X axis. Such a light structure gives you a lot possibilities for your design. The reactions and the capacity of the beams (strip) is up to the structural engineer to check and approve.
